EF High School Exchange Year

EF High School Exchange Year is a cultural exchange program under the private educational institution EF Education First. As a member of the creative team, my role encompassed a wide range of projects—from large-scale brochure production to digital marketing campaigns, including video editing and animation for social media and other online channels. This multifaceted position allowed me to integrate creativity with strategic execution across diverse media, contributing significantly to the EF High School Exchange Year brand.

Print projects

One of my primary responsibilities was overseeing the production of our annual brochures, distributed across 15 countries in 14 languages. I worked closely with the art director to implement and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all printed materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and more. From initial design to final delivery, I was involved the entire production process – coordinating with printers, requesting quotes, reviewing proofs, and ensuring high-quality results. Additionally, I was involved in planning and executing photo shoots, handling post-production to create compelling visuals for our print materials.

Digital projects

Beyond print, I contributed to digital marketing initiatives by designing and developing marketing emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating engaging, on-brand campaigns and training new users in email creation. I collaborated with the marketing team to produce digital assets for social media and ads, developing animations and short videos that resonated with our audience. Additionally, I produced and edited video content for various online platforms, further expanding our digital storytelling.
