Admir cafés

Produced within the curriculum of a videography course, this short video was intended to explore the style of documentary film. The idea was to portray a person through a process.

My video features Admir Hajda, a local entrepreneur and creator of the craft coffee brand “Admir Cafés” in La Chaux-de-Fonds (Switzerland). During the process of roasting and making his coffee, he told me a little about himself and how he got into the business.
